Supporting Plano West Rotary means serving the homeless and those in transitional living. Your donation supports education, leadership opportunities, and homes for the youth. We grow local economies and provide fresh opportunities for areas like Plano Douglass Community. We provide support and resources for the elderly. We offer support and services for international causes.  Your financial help makes all this happen, and more.

Guiding Young Adults

We bring together people ages 18 and older to exchange ideas with leaders in the community, develop leadership and professional skills, and have fun through service. We sponsor two high schools, a young adult organization, and develop our younger members through our Young Adult Initiative.

Growing Local Economies

We carry out service projects that enhance economic and community development for the decent and productive work for young and old. We strengthen local economies. We sponsor the Rotary Community Corps of Plano Douglass Community to enhance the Douglass neighborhood.

Supporting Education

Our goal is to strengthen the capacity of communities to support basic education and literacy, reduce gender disparity in education, and increase adult literacy. We partner with Plano Independent School District to take action to empower students in learning at all ages.

Serving Homelessness

We care for the people experiencing homelessness by delivering prepared lunches regularly and school supplies for kids in need. We partner with non-profits and Plano Independent School District to serve people experiencing homelessness in Plano.

Caring for the Elderly

We assist older adults in achieving their highest levels of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. We value our seniors and strive to support them in dignity, care and respect. We partner with the Wellness Center for Older Adults to support our local senior population.

Adoption Awareness

We create a safe environment for local families and children who need adoptive homes to meet and play games together. Our adoption awareness fairs are fun for the child and potential parents. We partner with Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.
