Dallas Arboretum-Your Garden

I am a retired 4^th grade teacher.  I started volunteering at the Arboretum in June, 2004.  I am a regular docent in the historic DeGolyer House, Education volunteer and Program Coordinator and co-director of the Speakers Bureau. I have served in many capacities as a volunteer logging 7,400 volunteer hours.  I also volunteer as driver for Meals on Wheels and outreach crisis ministry at church and visit nursing homes and homebound members of my church.

I have 5 active grandchildren that I enjoy following  their activities whether baseball games, soccer games or dancing performances.
